THE ADVENTURE BEGINS
Nature photography lover?
Live a unique, deep, and transformative experience.
Choose your experience.
You can choose the one that best suits you, depending on season, level and stay.

WHEN TO COME?
Seasonality plays an important role in our experiences.
The best time for wildlife photography is from October to May , when the light is softer and there is more vulture activity. In summer we reduce the frequency of supplementary feeding to the animals, as they have more natural food (extensive livestock farming in the area).
This does not affect deer, elk, or passerine birds.

RECOMMENDATIONS
Practical advice to enjoy a comfortable, respectful and uneventful observation

Food and drinks
Bring water and a light snack for long hikes. We recommend sandwiches, fruit, nuts or energy bars, which are easy to eat and carry. You can also request our catering service.

Dark clothes
It is mandatory to come to the sessions wearing dark or earth-colored clothing. Hides are designed to go unnoticed, but in bright sunlight, a piece of clothing that is too light could be slightly reflected in the spyglass and scare the animals.

Telephoto lens
The average distance from animals to hides is about 20 meters, so a telephoto lens of 300mm to 600mm is ideal for close-ups and details. If you have a tripod or bean bag, it can be useful to stabilize the camera inside the hide. Don't forget spare batteries and enough memory cards.

Guide's instructions
At Buseu we prioritize animal welfare. Our goal is to minimize stress on wildlife; in fact, we feed vultures and other scavengers only as a supplement, so as not to alter their ability to search for natural food. Together we contribute to an ethical and sustainable experience.
